Everywhere I go, employers in my district and across the country share with us in Congress the workforce shortage challenges that they're facing. It's a no brainer. We need to invest more in job training and in supporting our skilled workforce. We support workers and businesses by protecting WIOA and its investments in job training across the country. And by passing legislation like the National Apprenticeship act, which would create close to a million new apprenticeship opportunities. (03:23–03:55)
