And we need to focus on that cost. And internally and I believe under Ray Cross we will do more of looking inside to see where we can shave more dollars off. And Freezing tuition really will help to force the university system to look internally and continue to do that. They have done some and more should be done. The other side of that though is the regents said okay, in the wake of a freeze, we believe we need 84 million in GPR money over the next two year budget. (02:27–02:33)
