We spent decades trying to become energy independent in this country. There was a big push for that for a variety of reasons, whether that's national security, whether that's making sure that our industries are. We still use a lot of fossil fuel products, petroleum products, across the globe. Banning drilling and exploration becomes problematic because what's going to happen at some point is you're going to start being reliant on foreign oil again. (43:11–43:18)
