Most people, low income people, couldn't save enough to pay for like a really expensive procedure or something. And that could be a different piece of this. But you know, if you remember, We have hundreds of thousands of Oklahomans that have chronic diseases. And one of the challenges that we have, we're a fairly unhealthy state. Let's get them very unhealthy. Let's get them healthy, let's get them to the doctor and start managing their diabetes or their, you know, heart conditions or obesity. (33:55–34:00)
