Now, in the fiscal year 27 defense authorization bill, we have put $800 million for Ukraine to be allocated in 26 and 27. This bill allocates. That was an authorization. This appropriates $500 million, which I will point out to the Chairman is not more money in the bill. It is a portion of the National Security investment program of $6.9 billion, of which about $700 million is allocated in the bill, leaving some 5 point plus billion dollars available. (03:39–03:49)
