Mr. Chairman, Ukraine is surviving and holding its own, no small part because of the military and financial support of its allies, including the United States. Since the war began, we have appropriated money towards Ukraine's battle for freedom. This included both direct aid to Ukraine as well as funding for associated US Military operations in Europe when we enacted the last supplemental appropriation. Now hear me, ladies and gentlemen.
