And yet I think it's critical that we acknowledge that because the ADA is statutory in terms of its implementation, it often relies on agencies to do interpretation. And at the top of this conversation, I talked about the fact that The Department of Energy has issued a final rule saying it no longer intends to comply with Section 504 in authorizing new buildings. So Spencer, would love to start with you and have you talk about, you know, where have we fallen short since the ADA passed and what are the new needs or the current needs that are manufactured that we couldn't have predicted at the time.
