And that embedded in that is a national contention that we've had for 250 years to make this country accessible, operable and fair to everyone. And so DEI is really the shorthand we use to describe all of the rules that we've had to pass, all of the laws we've had to adopt, all of the changes we've had to make to make this country fair for everyone. And at the center of that conversation goes back to what Spencer just said. I've always believed that we have to talk about the disability community as a central pillar of how DEI has been achieved in this country. (16:41–16:55)
