What's your response to that? Sure. Well, a couple responses. One, I would challenge the second part of that, that they have the highest consumption per capita in the West. We measure things a little different than some other states and so those aren't apple to apple comparisons. I would also say that we have significantly cut back, especially St. George in that area.
