Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case there. There is an effort in Arizona right now to pass something similarly. There has been some proposed legislation in Congress that would do the same thing. I think it makes perfect sense. It's worked very well here and both sides would tell you that. And it seems like I just, gosh, it's so frustrating. (15:34–15:39)
