I've used an executive order in the past when it comes to new water development in the Great Salt Lake Basin. And so we've used our authority there before. I will say that Under existing law, I can only issue executive orders for 30 days and then the legislature would have to step in. and do that. And so anything I would do that would have any long term impact would have to be done with the help of the legislature. (40:21–40:30)
