We do have a bill that has that, but here we're looking at something that possibly could happen overseas which then impacts our homeland security. We need to get our forces back. Coast Guard, TSA, FEMA, all of these things need to be paid. They need to be moving forward in a regular fashion of government so we can keep this country safe. Interesting. (04:09–04:16)
