The Democrats under the leadership of Chuck Schumer will not come to the table with sensible bipartisan solutions. We do have a bill that has [sensible bipartisan solutions], but here we're looking at something that possibly could happen overseas which then impacts our homeland security. We need to get our forces back. Coast Guard, tsa, fema, all of these things need to be paid. They need to be moving forward in a regular fashion of government so we can keep this country safe.
