But you did see California come into compliance. So we do see a model now where we can hopefully see similar type of compliance in New York. And we do. One other point, will We're changing the rules from the last administration so 97% of these foreign drivers will not be able to get a commercial driver's license. Moving forward, we've changed the rules. And if we get states to comply, we'll be much safer moving forward on American roadways. All right, Secretary Duffy, thanks for being with us here today.
