Just do a review of all these non domiciled or foreign commercial driver's licenses and pull the ones that were legally issued. It was very simple and they refused. But we had the same problem in California. We pulled $160 million from the state of California. They had the same tone as New York, but in the end they came into compliance and they revoked 17,000 licenses that were unlawfully issued in the state of California. (04:05–04:09)
