And so with California, about 25% of their non domiciled commercial driver's licenses, these are driver's licenses that have been issued to foreigners, 25% were issued unlawfully. We were able to cajole, push California to revoke 17,000 of those illegally or unlawfully issued driver's licenses. So thank you to California for doing that. Another concern that we have with California is that many of the drivers are non proficient in the English language. (02:04–02:17)
