Usually if you tax drivers, the money goes to roads, not to transit. So that's the first problem. They never did that analysis. But the second analysis is the Taxpayers already paid for those roads in gas taxes, state taxes, federal taxes. they bought those roads, and now they want to charge a toll for every avenue, every street into this area.
