There are studies done by outside groups that are nonpartisan and our legislative maps got a grade of F as far as not fair. And so there were multiple options put forward as alternative maps. And In 2024, the beginning of 2024, there was an agreement reached with the governor and with the legislature to pass the maps that were drawn that now have provided a much more 50, 50 district map. which has made a difference in our elections because we were really, really leaning in one direction despite the fact that we have a 50, 50 state.
