We should be expanding Medicaid in the state of Wisconsin, that we are one of 10 states that has not done that. It is a little bit more difficult now in terms of how the dollar sort of pencil out. If we would have done it last year, we would have gotten $2 billion extra in the state. And so the fact that Republicans have not expanded, did not expand Medicaid made the state of Wisconsin lose out on about $2 billion. (11:28–11:34)
