And so what they talk to me about is funding is an issue. Right. So Governor Evers and I, within our budget, have consistently put in dollars for emergency housing, such as shelters that gets stripped out by the Republican legislature every time. And it is really hard because they have. They do have shelters, but they're consistently full. And so that means people are staying outside even though they might be willing to come into a shelter.
