And so that's, I think the second beneficiary group is the business community and those individuals that are trying to do the right thing. And the third group is actually government itself. And the reason I say that is because We have social safety nets, things like unemployment compensation, which are taxes that are payroll taxes. and they're made through individual contributions from the employer and the employee as payroll taxes.
