And so this new law says that the governor can no longer do that, can't just wholesale decertify all of the machines across the commonwealth all at one time. So essentially that becomes an unfunded mandate. It did. It did. And so We are actually in the process of going through and issuing a bond from the state government level which is going to have to be paid off in annual installments through our general fund. But that is something that we are going to be helping fund here from the state now. But it was an unfunded mandate that was created for the counties. (09:55–10:06)
