Mr. Speaker, I'd like to correct the record. Wisconsin residents are not, quote, all very sad when our resources are used for non citizens. Many of us are proud to use the resources that all of our community members put together to aid those that need it the most. I was ashamed to hear that uttered on this floor today because I know that many Americans, many Wisconsin residents, do a lot of effort to help those when they're most in need, including in operation allies.
