When have we ever been opposed to having science to make sure that people are safe, to make sure that groundwater is safe, to make sure people are safe? So, members, all I'm saying is let's test for these additional factors. In fact, The federal EPA, back in 2009, conducted a test across 35 different states and found 27 different toxins. They found problems with endotoxins. They found pathogens. They found heavy metals. They found all of these issues. And all this bill is saying is, let's start testing for all of those issues everywhere just to make sure people are safe. (00:42–00:52)
