In fact, the federal EPA, back in 2009, conducted a test across 35 different states and found 27 different toxins. They found problems with endotoxins. They found pathogens. They found heavy metals. They found all of these issues. And All this bill is saying is, let's start testing for all of those issues everywhere just to make sure people are safe.
