And to make matters worse, As written in the House, the bill will trigger more than $500 billion in automatic cuts to Medicare because the Republicans explode the deficit. There is a law that's called pay as you go and that says if you increase the the deficit you trigger what amounts to about a 4% cut for various programs. (08:36–08:49)
