For the last 20 years, now that I'm in this position, I travel over the state, I visit manufacturing operations to a manufacturer, their complaint is they can't find the people to work. So, you know, We no doubt have some skills gaps, but we also have a worker gap. And I think there are multiple reasons for that as well. I think we need to address that.
