We want a clean environment, we want worker safety, we want product safety. But there's a concept called the law of diminishing returns. And I guess I would argue we probably passed the law diminishing returns. We certainly don't have certainty in the legal environment. We have so many laws, so many regulations, and those laws and regulations are enforced discretion of either prosecutors or district attorneys or regulators.
