What has amazed me talking to both manufacturers and farmers is even though they're feeling the pain, one of the last comments they'll make to me is. But we really support what the President is trying to do. We have been abused by China's cheating for literally decades now. And we do need China to start behaving. They have to stop stealing our intellectual property through cyber theft, through espionage, through the forced technology transfers. (21:57–22:03)
