But we really support what the President is trying to do. We have been abused by China's cheating for literally decades now. And we do need China to start behaving. They have to stop stealing our intellectual property through cyber theft, through espionage, through the forced technology transfers. They have to follow the WTO rules, which they don't, which is why so many cases go against them. And so previous administrations have tried to to bring them into compliance without success.
