And I come from manufacturing background myself, somebody who's had a very difficult time for the last 20, 25 years hiring people for manufacturing. There's not one manufacturing plant I visit in Wisconsin that can hire enough people, not one. So there's demand and those are good paying jobs as well as oftentimes those manufacturers will pay for education so our kids don't have to get, you know, put themselves into. (18:38–18:43)
