I'm not sure government control has ever proved successful at restraining prices. I do want to talk about what I think is quite troubling. I know there's a Northeastern University study a couple years ago...said that of recent college graduates, close to 50% are either unemployed or underemployed. In other words, with a job that required little or no college education whatsoever. The Federal Reserve bank of New York just came out with a similar study saying about 44%. (14:10–14:19)
