But right now they're getting the full thing paid, no premium policies, which is driving massive fraud, probably millions of policies signed up by unscrupulous insurance brokers and agents. The money goes right to the insurance carriers for policies that people don't even know they have, so they're not using them. So it's a massive fraud, 20 to 30 billion dollars a year.
