And I'd like to see that attached to a continuing resolution. I think that would help it pass and I think the House is absolutely right. We should repeal that The medical device tax is shut down investment in medical devices, driving jobs overseas, limiting medical innovation. So I'd like a slim down continuing resolution, something I think Harry Reid has to say yes to. Does John Boehner have to consider a clean continued resolution if we're going to avoid a government shutdown by then. (01:55–02:04)
