Well, Sharon, I could not agree with you more. I would run, I think most Republican members would always run on the concept of a zero based budget. One of the impediments is 75% of the budget is what they call mandatory spending. We don't even appropriate, it just appropriate. It just goes on. Now part of the thing the unit party has done is they've taken what should be discretionary and transferred into what I describe as other mandatory, not Social Security, not Medicare, not even Medicaid.
