First of all, I've never voted for an authorization for use of military force. I voted against the authorization proposal in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee under Obama in the Syrian conflict. I did vote for the first, I think it was $40 billion of support for Ukraine right as the war started. because I thought it was important to send a signal to Vladimir Putin end this.
