And I think some of these things we're talking about here, the $100,000 for some of these critical transformers, I don't think we need a strategy or study. I think we just do it, quite honestly. I'll amend this bill to Authorize the dollars to do just that. One problem is that some of these remedies are so cheap. So that's the reproduction cost, but the design, the test, that costs really a lot of money. (32:07–32:11)
