And again, this is not, this is not perfect, but if you take a look at the number of Federal Register pages published now, this is actually published versus what's the federal regulation this is in a particular year on an annual basis During the FDR administration is about 15,000 [Federal Register pages] per year. Under Nixon is 45,000. They were publishing about 80,000. So we're just kind of ramping up this, this potential problem. Again, just trying to put some sort of perspective to the regulatory burden.
