There may be agencies that may be dragging their feet and they need to be prompted. And Certainly I have been pretty impressed with the technical capabilities of the staff within DHS when it comes to cyber security. And let's face it, this is the department that is tasked with this and I'm happy to support giving them greater authority to basically prompt and require some of these agencies to protect the data within our federal IT system.
