What is your message about building out the infrastructure to support those people that our CEO's watching right now might be thinking about? Well, some of it is like what I said we did our moving Florida forward. So You're talking 7, 8 billion in infrastructure spending that a lot of these projects weren't going to start till next decade. And so we made the decision to do that. It's a little easier once you get north of Miami because there's more room to build in terms of the roads and stuff. (05:17–05:24)
