So I think people see that are like this, this is a very well run state. Other thing is infrastructure. When you have people coming, you've got to do things for infrastructure. So I took about $5 billion from our surplus and I surged it into accelerating some of these key infrastructure projects. So we're delivering things 5, 10, 15 years ahead of schedule. A lot of this stuff wasn't even supposed to start till next decade. Final thing is workforce. (02:54–03:02)
