The only difference is the clock will be counting down, not counting up. And wouldn't that be nice for a change if we saw that in other parts of the United States we've also on tax, We've cut I think about 10 billion in tax in seven years. That includes eliminating the commercial rent tax. Obviously we have no income tax.
