And I think learning on the job is a great way to do it. So that has been able to get more people qualified to be jobs. We've also created alternative pathways so our military veterans can get credit for their military service if they want to go into the classroom. And we've had a number of people who've been able to teach using temporary certification. Then they do that a couple years, they get the full certification and then they're golden. (42:51–43:02)
