You Know, there's companies that have had kind of data centers. This hyperscale is really a newer thing over the last couple years where they're building just these massive, massive footprints. So We're the only state that has those protections in law so that you're not going to have a data center come and then your rates go up. And the reality is they'll say, oh no, they produce their own.
