It seems like it's pretty close relative to the overall thing with everything that's going on. But I'll let them do their thing and make the decisions that they think that they want to do going forward. But I do think it'd be good for Florida to have that franchise remain here. I think this is probably the best formula I've seen for that Dale Mabry site.
