We're one of the least taxed states, although I want even less with property. And we can do that. But even with that, we're still running big surpluses. We've done massive investments in infrastructure, environmental restoration. We're doing the biggest environmental restoration in the history of the country down in the Everglades. And we've put in more money than I think all of my predecessors combined just since I've been there. And these projects have largely come to fruition. It's been revolutionary. (23:55–24:01)
