And so some people, like, well, you have a company may buy up a neighborhood and then it's higher, they want people to rent and it's harder to afford homes. All this stuff, I get it. But The way to address that at the state level is to make sure that those homesteaders people are actually living in their homes, that they get an even bigger tax advantage than they get now. And this will do that. So I think it should pass. I hope it does. I haven't looked at the underlying dynamics on it the way I did with what I had proposed, but it can be done. (36:25–36:37)
