Constitutionally, the power to tax property is local governments. If we wanted to pass a law to say you couldn't do that, we wouldn't be effective in doing. We'd have to go to the Constitution. So that means we've got to put it on the ballot for 2026. 20, 26. And then voters need to approve this on the ballot.
