And you totally eliminated and said you are not allowed to do any property tax on any Florida residents homesteaded primary residence, their property, we could backfill that for about $300 million a year. And just so put that in perspective. That is not a heavy lift for the state of Florida. That's an easy thing that we could do. So I think it can be done. We're going to be working hard.
