We can't wait 10 years or 15 years. And some even had to wait 20 years to be able to get this done. It doesn't work that way. And so We launched an initiative called Moving Florida Forward, which took billions and billions of dollars from our state surplus and plowed it into infrastructure programs. many of which were not even projects that were not even going to begin until next decade.
